- Graduate from university or high school with good command of written and spoken English.
- Must have 3 - 5 years experience in progressively more responsible food and beverage positions with at least two years as a supervisor, in an international hotel or recognised free-standing establishment.
- Must possess a sound knowledge of International cuisine restaurant operations, service skills, procedures and menu format to be effective on the job.
This position is concerned with the overall operation and control of the restaurant, in compliance with established policies, procedures and practices as stipulated in the operating policy for this outlet and all operating policies and practices for this hotel.
