- At least 2 years experience in the same position, has experience in AccorHotels Group is an advantage.
- Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
- Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
- Prepare personally VIP and Executive Floor guests arrival (Room block, room inspection, check welcome amenities & welcome kit coordination with concierge and welcomer team.
- Ensure personally greeting of the guest, socialize with them during their stay for ensure that they're enjoying the stay in the best conditions possible.
- Motivates the team, encouraging members to promote the brand's loyalty programme to guests.
- Prepare the departure(check the invoice in advance, reconfirm transportation and coordinate with Front Team) Assist personally at the guest farewell and escort them until the hotel door.
- Announce all details of the VIP & Executive Floor guests activity on a daily basis at the Front Office meeting.
- Coordinator of the communication to ensure the good knowledge of the Lounge team, especially the VIP movements, Standards & Procedures.
- Improvement of the product "Lounge" work on the Lounge concept, updating the existing one. Any update of Lounge SOP has to be approved by FOM before implementation in the operations.
- Supervise over all at Executive lounge both Front Office Operation and Food and Beverage.
