Sales and Marketing Officer

* Bachelor's degree
* Male or female, age 28 - 40 year
* Knowledge about OTA
* At least 2 years of sales management experience in hotels
* Have a good understanding of the overall operations of sales and marketing as well
* Skills in developing sales strategies with a long-term perspective
* able to use English well, speak and write
* Have the ability to work under pressure, a personality that pleases service and a good attitude
* Creativity

* Manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term strategy
* Ensures hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals
* Utilizes company profile database to determine geographic areas for travel agent calls while maintaining top and existing travel agent accounts.
* Promote and sell hotel rooms and food & beverages
* Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans
* Convert sales leads and achieves personal booking goals and makes recommendations on booking goals of direct reports.
* Conduct familiarization and site inspections
* Updates the sales strategy & sales plan with General Manager
* Monitor competitive set and communicate to General Manager
* Report as required on sales activities and successes
