-Pre-Opening restaurant.
-Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies with overall mission, vision, values and strategies:
in conjunction with the Financial Controller
- Establishes and maintains effective internal controls within the department.
-Develops and implements menu and strategies which are aligned with the targeted market position
-Creates and develops menu prices, beverage lists and prices and is responsible for the selection of condiments, linens, uniforms, and decor used within the property's facility.
-Manage the kitchen operation
-Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagement
-Standardizes portions used and is responsible for the controlling of food, beverage, and labor costs.
-Adheres to corporate policies and procedures
