Experience: Minimum 5 years of F&B service experience
Language: English / Thai - Proficient Oral and Written, a second foreign language will be of advantage, Comanche System
Other Knowledge & Skills: Full knowledge of the operations of restaurant and bar procedures, set up and service in addition to the resort- s policies.
Overall control of restaurants, maintain the standard set by the F&B service Manager in all outlets. Conduct training at the individual outlets according to provided guidelines.
