- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Front Office Manager 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Asst. Front Office Manager 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- ภาวะผู้นำ
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี หรือหากสื่อสารภาษาที่ 3 ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เข้าใจระบบการทำงานของ Front Office และ Reservation
- เข้าใจในการให้บริการด้วย Service Mind, Problem Solving
- หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้วยระบบ EasyFo จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Asst. Front Office Manager 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- ภาวะผู้นำ

รายละเอียดงาน
- Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets)
- Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents
- Schedule shifts
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Handle complaints and specific customers requests
- Troubleshoot emergencies
- Monitor stock and order office supplies
- Ensure proper mail distribution
- Prepare and monitor office budget
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Ensure company- s policies and security requirements are met
