- One or two years experience which is related to the position.
- Good command of English
- Must be a very strong in communication skill.
- A positive attitude.
- Knowledge of the hotel and attention to details are required to have in all Reservations Officers.
- Reservation Officer is to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest?s satisfaction.
- Taking reservation, amend reservation and cancel reservation where applicable.
- Confirm and/or guarantee and non-guarantee reservations and confirm the method of payment.
- Reply every correspondence via different source of communication within 24 hours.
- Checking the possible duplicate reservation.
- Checking the duplicate profile, company profile and agent profile where applicable.
- Servicing the guest needs: immediate action
- Handle relevant comments or complains of hotel guests and informs to the Management through guest response program.
