Group Reservation Agent

- 1 year experience in Front Office or Reservation Department such as Guest Service Agent or new graduate
- Can communication English well both writing and speaking
- Good knowledge of OPERA system, reservation system and computer literate

RESPONSIBILITIES

- To handle daily e-mail, correspondence and responds to inquiries with distribute to the right persons
- To retrieve and handling booking online website B2B
- Communicates reservation information to front desk
- Propose suitable rate and yield through correspondence according to planning tool
Agent FIT
- Take care FIT travel agency reservation (fax, e-mail, phone) and update into PMS
- Take care Russia market online and update invoicing through their own extranet and key in
- Managing allotment block and wash down
- Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
- Coordinate information with Sales, hotels and other relevant person
- To be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required
- Friendly, and helpful to guests, mangers, and fellow employees Basic yield Agent Group
- Processes group leisure / corporate reservations from the sales office, Revenue and other hotel departments
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans
- Monitors advances deposit requirements
- Ensure status of group block and wash down
Payment
- Handling Performa invoice
- Ensure configuring rates on the hotels property management system
- Reconfirm and follow up payment & voucher
- Co-ordinate with Sales, Finance and follow up credit and non credit agent procedure
