Job Requirements
?Degree in Marketing or other related fields
?At least 7-8 years of relevant experience.
?Knowledge in the Hospitality industry
?Confident and meticulous
?Good spoken and written English
?Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
?Ability to work independently and in teams
?Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel
?Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrators will be an added advantage
The Marketing Executive is part of the Sales & Marketing Team that focuses on the execution of the marketing strategies and plans on cluster level. The duties include the following:
?Executes, plans and strategies for all marketing and communications activities:
- Advertising
- Social Media
- Promotions
- New property launches
?Recommend media buys to senior management team
?Build strong relationship with media houses
?Plan and execute corporate events
?Manage customer loyalty programme including administrative processes
?Develop promotional collaterals to support the cluster sales team and properties with agencies and design houses.
?Develop premium gifts for corporate and festive giveaways
?Manage marketing expenses budget
?Function as a brand custodian at cluster level
?Administer financial-related procedures
?Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
