EDUCATION BACKGROUND, CERTIFICATE/LICENSING
Bachelor degree in any field.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES
At least 3 year experience in Senior Guest Relations Supervisor position of hotels or in managerial level in Front Office Department or Rooms Division Department more than 3 years with all Front Office operations skills
GENERAL MISSION
? Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
? Helps the Front Office Manager organize and manage the GRO team, perform administrative tasks and
coordinate with the other departments
? Build a rapport with VIP guests in order to create brand loyalty
? Helps employees improve their skills and provides support for career development
? Through his/her actions and presence at the reception, transmits the Front Office Manager's
Instructions and priorities.
? Secures the revenue from room sales
? Ensures the respect of procedures and hygiene and safety standards
