- Present a positive, professional image.
- Experience with ordering, receiving and inventory control.
- Good knowledge of microsoft, excel and computer based applications.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.

รายละเอียดงาน

Performing their duties as prescribed by the quality standards established by the Executive Chef. Saut? Cook prepares all foods according
to restaurant recipes and standards.

- Report to work in clean uniform at posted scheduled times.
- Carrying out the preparation and cooking of all the dishes as well as assisting and mentoring the cooks and other chefs.
- See that kitchen stations are set up atleast (15) minutes prior to lunch and dinner service and staff is ready, coducting food tasting
at each station to see that cooks are following recipes and food is on par with standards.
- Making sure that all food is prepared fresh, portions are consistently controlled. Food tickets are complete and out in a timely manner.
- Labels and dates all produce and food items according to health regulatons. Preparing food in a first-in first-out method.
- Managing kitchen inventory, kitchen supplies.
- Providing positive leadership to kitchen staff and chefs and making quick decisions in favor of the commercial success of the
restaurant, and improving kitchen performance.
- Ensures that work stations and equipment are clean and sanitary and staff adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Scheduling kitchen staff shifts.
- Maintains neat professional appearance.
- Encouraging staff to maintain healthy uniform habits, hygiene and appearances in an open kitchen.
- Promoting disciplined, good working habit for staff.
- Keep par stocks at proper levels. Increase or decrease production as necessary.
- Financial understanding in food costs and minimizing food waste.
- Extensive knowledge of all recipes and technique and the ability to train staff members.
- Maintain high standards of quality and appearance for all food prepared and served.
- Collaborate and support the executive chef on menu planning, costing, and all endeavors.
