1. To report for duty on time in full uniform. Always maintain a smart and friendly appearance
2. To greet and welcome guests to the hotel in the most friendly and courteous manner
3. To bid farewell to all guests upon departure
4. To open the car doors for all guests arriving and leaving the hotel
5. To call for taxis whenever guests request and assist guests by telling the taxi driver where to
go whenever necessary
6. To assist loading and unloading of baggage
7. To arrange and assist for baggage to be transported into the lobby
8. To maintain the entrance in a neat and orderly manner
9. To assist guests by giving information when required
10. To give assistance to handicapped guests
11. To liaise with the limousine drivers when a limousine has been booked for a guest
12. To maintain an excellent standard of grooming and personal hygiene
13. To attend meetings and training programmes
14. To perform any other duties as may be directed from time to time
15. To be knowledgeable of hotel, general information of Bangkok and surrounding areas for
