รายละเอียดงาน
1. The never ending process of Planning, organizing, staffing together with Management Executing, Controlling
2. To coordinate the work of the service staff in order to achieve a smooth running operation. Striving to achieve excellent standards of service and efficiency. To replace the supervisory staff when necessity arises.
3. To take the completed orders and check food & beverage products accordingly before serving.
4. To perform any other duties set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor which are not included here above.
5. Responsible for room service records and documents which assigned by the manager and report to Accounting Dept. everyday
6. Pay close attention to all orders and take the order carefully
7. To strive to increase sales and push the sales of stagnant Room Service menu items.
