Job Qualifications

- 3 years in generalist Engineering role Previous management experience a plus
- Pre-opening experience a plus
- Good English Language skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
- Detailed knowledge of working practices in engineering
- Good administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with personal computer
- Capable of preparing reports and presentations in English
- Good interpersonal skills required. Interacts principally with colleagues and occasionally with guests.
- Patience, Open minded - dealing with cultural differences
- Well knowledge in Electric System, Air-condition, water treatment, Energy saving etc.
- Thorough knowledge of Hotel operations

รายละเอียดงาน
- To ensure to work professionally with other department concerns.
- In charge of shift duty.
- Assign the work for the shift Talent member on duty.
- Analyze water level to ensure sufficient supply to the hotel building.
- To supervise the work of an electrician, mechanic, general technician, carpenter & painter and arrange their working time schedule.
- Log down all important events that happened during his shift.
- To take action immediately and follow up on any guest requirements or requests.
- Prepares list of material required for repair works to be undertaken.
- Performs other duties as required by his Operation supervisor and M&E Supervisor.
- Prepare all log sheets for operation requirement.as directed to determine maintenance requirement or upgrades and improvements to the property and its assets.
- Create a monthly report on the following points:
a. Energy consumption
b. Chemicals used
c. All log sheets
- Assigns specific tasks and job request to subordinate talent member and supervises their and to day activity.
- To be respectful and helpful to supervisor, all Engineering talent member and subordinate.
- Ensure that the most efficient service is provided at all time.
- To be courteous helpful and efficient the colleagues and the guests.
- Always consult the Supervisor, Asst, or Chief engineer if you find any difficult.
