? Good personality and service minded
? Work in experience 1 year minimum
? Ability to work under pressure
? Ability in leading, guiding, training, and motivating team members.
? Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
? Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
? Posses strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
? Excellent English communication skills ? non negotiable.
? Able to operate Microsoft Office program and related internal software.

Human Resources Officer will be responsible for the roles and possess the following qualifications.
Roles
? Leader otherwise facilitate the transfer of information regarding priorities, assignments and problem solving at the various briefing sessions each day.
? Assist in organizing communication programs and actively participate in the Hotel?s Band Members? Activities.
? Assist in the organizing of Quarterly/Annually Band Social and Sports Activities and Thank You Party.
? Actively participate in the Hotel?s Welfare and Health & Safety committee.
? Maintain excellent relations with Local Government Agencies in particular the Labor Department & Social Security office.
? Maintain an open door policy and counsel individual Band Members when required.
? Have good knowledge and be able to give information
