Qualifications:
- Age: between 24 ? 35 years.
- Filipino is welcome.
- Bachelor?s degree in hotel or hospitality management.
- 2 years working experience in chain hotels or 5 star hotels in front office, housekeeping and laundry will be advantageous.
- Be able to use Property Management Software, Opera PMS, will be advantageous.
- Good command in English.
- Pleasant and good interpersonal skills with professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teaching hotel, housekeeping and any related subjects, both theory and practical, in English.
- Controlling all maids and gardener. This includes task assignment, schedules, monitoring staff hours, staff appearance and behavior.
- Daily monitoring of cleanliness of the building, grounds, and school areas.
- Supervising all cleaning and grounds work on a daily basis and notifying management of any problems there related.
- Assisting with the setting up and tidying up after school activities.
- Constantly monitoring standards of work and pushing staff for the highest possible standards.
- Other duties and responsibilities which are assigned or may be assigned by school.
