- 6-10 years expereinces in Front Office or hotel management
- Good personality
- 30-45 years old
- Good command of English, Thai, Lao
- Able to communicate in Chinese and Vietnamese will be a plus

- Trains all front office personnel.
- schedules the front office staff and evaluate the job performance if each office employee
- maintains master key control.
- maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
- verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
- resolves guess problem quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Updates group information.
- Upholds the hotel's commitment to hospitality
- Works within the allocated budget for the front office.
- Checks and verified cashier in-and-out
- enforce all cash-handling city later and credit policy
- Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.
- Operate all aspects of Front Office computer system
- Prepare revenue and occupy forecasting
- Monitor all VIP's special guests and requests.
- Review daily activity reports from Front Office and Night Audit
- Other duties as requested by management

The successful candidate will work at SR Thakhek Club, 2 minutes from Thai-Laos Friendship Bridge 2 (NakhonPanom-Thakhek), nest to Laos' duty free.
