Qualification
Thai Nationality, Male or Female. Age is between 40 - 50 years old.
Bachelor degree or higher in hospitality and tourism, business administration, and related.
Proven experience as Chief Operations Officer or relevant role.
Previous 15 years? experience in managing a complex hotel group or hospitality related, corporate operations, and strategies.
Extensive hotel operations experience required.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and hotel property management system (PMS) is required.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to work in Chiang Mai and travel to work in various regions of Thailand.

As Chief Operations Officer, you will be involved and oversee a company?s business operations and reports to the Chief Executive Office, CEO. A visionary COO is to ensure the company has an effective organization?s operational and superb customer experiences. Set comprehensive goals and establish policies that promote company and organization. To measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finding better business practices to improve these processes and maximize business performance. Capable to optimize our company?s operating capabilities, employ corporate strategies to its generic, grand, and functional.
The COO will assist in implementing improved processes and new technology innovation including collaborating with all associates and management. Overseeing marketing initiatives and completing performance reviews in a prudent manner. Team up and developing growth strategies and aggregate plans for a wide range of our business we have. Participate in expansion activities such as investments and corporate alliances. To ensure success you should have a clear understanding of B2 corporate?s core values and cultures, will be exemplary leaders with superb business acumen and work appropriately with key participants to compile the business performance
