? Ensure consistency high quality of food, taste and presentation of all dishes for guests
? Actively interact with guests at tables
? Ensure all kitchen colleagues are aware of standards & expectations
? Training, Supervising Chinese Kitchen team
? Managing duty roster of Chinese kitchen team
? Monitor the food inventory & costing on monthly basis
? Maintaining proper control of orders and purchases and ensuring that all deliveries are received and handled efficiently and in line with hotel standards.
? Implement Seasonal & Annual attractive promotion
? Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness as per hotel standard
