o Male or Female, not over the age at 45 years
o Good command of English.
o Vocational or Technical certificate or diploma in related field
o Minimum 2 - 4 years in similar position in international hotels
o Able to handle demanding workload
o Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable.
o Strong leadership and management skills.
o Manage the operations under budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
o Strong working knowledge of restaurant operational procedures.
o To assist Restaurant Manager in the planning, organizing and directing the overall operation and administration of the restaurant, so as to achieve and maintain quality product and services standards in accordance to the Hotel policies.
o Service Charge
