Profile and Qualifications:
1. Strong in Japanese and English communication
2. Minimum 3 years working experiences in Japanese restaurant
3. Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills
4. Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Servicing guests dining at Restaurant with professionalism and passion.
2. Supervising and training waiter and waitresses.
3. Ensuring highest possible standard of hygiene.
4. Identify the operational necessities and lease with Executive Chef.
5. Follow up the procedures according with the check list.
6. Coordinate the work, in order to maintain the constant quality of the service
7. Track Food and Beverage monthly inventories
