Essential
- Measurable experience in growing business through new sales, innovation and organic growth opportunities consistently over numerous years
- Knowledge & expertise across all areas of service delivery, with demonstrable records of implementing and driving Key Performance Indicators
- Motivational leadership ability
- Educated to degree level (or similar) in relevant area i.e. property management, or business degree. Master degree is an advantage
- A natural leader with an outgoing personality
- Full P&L responsibility with demonstrable year on year growth against challenging targets
- First class communication, presentation & relationship building skills
- Sound understanding of how to lead, grow, develop and motivate teams
- Competent in a range of IT platforms (database systems, document and presentation, distant and on-line meetings) etc.
- Demonstrates drive and ambitious for success
- Experience within the commercial property management and hotel or hospitality management
- International experience, especially China and Korea market who be an ideally.

- Develop, manage and lead the Khon Kaen Impact Center and directly lead a team including 6 direct reports; Commercial Property for Rent, Retail Space for Rent, Conference and Event Organization, Restaurants and Bars , Hotels and Wellness Center.
- Full profit and Loss responsibility of a growing business of the Khon Kaen Impact Center, with current revenues exceeding Bahtxxxm
- Corporate governance and legal responsibility
- Margin Improvement via strong financial acumen to include planning and forecasting
- Working with Sales & Marketing Director to agree and implement successful growth strategy
- Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships
- Manage all divisions key business indicators to agreeable levels
- Network effectively to position all relevant clients and customers for future opportunities
- Represent the Heritage Estates (Owning company) and the Khon Kaen Impact Center at the location (Khon Kaen and Bangkok) or oversea.
- Chair and lead the Khon Kaen Impact Center, Finance and associated operational meetings
- Liaise regularly with local and international government organizations, business organizations, groups or individual entrepreneurs, and tourism related organizations.
- Set and maintain the highest standards of performance across all areas of responsibility
- Identify additional business opportunities from both existing (and new) clients and agree incentive plans for further success and growth
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers on a regular basis driving engagement in all areas
- Enforce the company values by own actions
- Be prepared to make decisive and sometimes difficult decisions to support the overall business strategy
- Work with colleagues to build strong inter-departmental relationships to support wider business activity and cross-selling opportunities.
- In depth knowledge of space management business, including commercial, retails, events, restaurants, hotel and wellness markets and the its changing environment.
- Constantly reinforce the company values.
