- Thai nationality or Japanese nationality - Male / Female - Age not over 40 years old
- Speaking in Japanese very well level N2-N1
- Speaking in English very well (TOEIC 700)
- Japanese can speak Thai, it will be better
- Experience in hotel sales for 2 years Or hotel receptionist / Guest Service (2 years)
- visit and maintain positive relationship with property agents.
-promote properties and get inquiries from property agent sales and use negotiation skills to bring new long term guest.
-execute and follow up new bookings, extension bookings and terminations to ensure everything is in good order.
-conducts site inspections.
-To take care and solving problems for in-house guest to ensure comfortable stay
