1.Report to work in proper uniform and in accordance with the grooming standards required of all company employees.
2. Before leaving your work area, always check with your supervisor.
3.Follow hostess opening and closing checklist thoroughly.
4.Maintain guest flow charts to track number of guests to each station and in order to track volume per hour.
5.Ensure that the front or the Baan Turtle restaurants and lobby are always covered.
6.Ensure that the front of the Baan Turtle restaurant and lobby are spotless at all times.
7.Check in every table to ensure that it is clean, spotless and fully setup, and that all silverware and glassware is spotless before any guests are seated at the table. In addition, check to ensure that all chairs are free of crumbs and that the carpet is spotless
8.Check on guests to get feedback on the quality of their meals, service, etc. and share any problems that arise immediately-inform supervisor and restaurant manager immediately but try to take care of the problem at once.
9.Schedule waiters and waitresses for breaks, etc. in conjunction with the supervisor and depending on business volume.
1. Working 5 days per week, Public Holiday and Vacations.
