Job Description
Develop chat channel customer engagement guideline.
Audit and manage customer engagement and revenues over chat channel.
Drive customer engagement and revenues from Chat channels.
Assist E-Commerce Manager with OTAs, Channel Manager and Booking engine.
Assist Commercial Team with improving website performance.
Responsibility of PMS champion, develop SOPs, regularly review requirement from users and customers.
Update Systems, troubleshoot, train and retain teams on new functionality.
Maintain and assure quality control in company customer database.
Manage database E-blast over email and chat channels.
Together with Commercial Team to ensure customer satisfaction over all digital channels.
Submit Activities Reports to Commercial Lead on a weekly basis.
Job Specifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent hotel management courses
0-2 years? experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication
Engaged in Social Media platforms (e.g. Facebook, IG)
Excellent both oral and written English skills, Thai language
Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable in property management system (PMS)
Great people skilled, self-starter, goal oriented, tactful, sociable, forthcoming, creative, analytical, level headed, resilient and organized
