1. Handles the overall day to day functions of Guest Service and delegate tasks to next shift staff.
2. Greets & welcomes all guests in a friendly and helpful manner at all times and call guests by name at every opportunity. Identifies their specific reservation and registers rooms for arriving guests according to established procedures.
3. Performs guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special requests of all
customers.
4. Welcomes guest upon arrival and departure at the entrance with nice smile, eye-contact and greetings the word ?Sawasdee?.
5. Handles the quick check-in and check-out correctly.
6. Having guest recognition, greetings guest by name especially regular returned guests.
7. Welcomes & greets all Honeymoon guests by saying ?Congratulation on your honeymoon?
and a bouquet of flower will be presented to the bride upon check-in.
