Human Resources and Training Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as employee welfare & benefit and all employee activities.
- Takes responsibility for employee employment and resignation.
- Follows up employee performance evaluation.
- Maintains management leaves record.
- Assists in the communication flow to all hotel employee through notice board, newsletter.
- Takes responsibility for bulletin and direct communication with employee regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.
- Takes responsibility for personal file transfer & communication with labor office.
- Checks and maintains good condition of all employee facilities like locker rooms, employee sleeping room.
- Follows up employment contract review.
- Takes responsibility for collection of performance evaluation.
- Prepares employment contract for renewal of contract.
- Follows up employee performance evaluation.
- Source and obtain specialist assistance to conduct training when needed.
- Responsible for training all levels of employee including orientation.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training to all employee
