? Organized and Supervise the Restaurant operation to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and contribution to the achievement of maximum business and profit. To ensure that the policies procedures and set performance standards of AHH are maintained.
? Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, brand standards and local policies and procedures
