- Take telephone inquiries regarding employment prospect and give appropriate advice.
- Conduct processing of recruitment system and other documents for recruitment processing.
- Assist new employees with all documentation that is required for completion upon commencement, ensuring all forms are complete and accurate prior to forwarding to Payroll.
- Comply with all Corporate and Hotel Standards and Procedures.
- Keep candidate filing up to date. Conduct regular file culls for candidate files.
- Assemble new employee files including all necessary forms and information.
- Conduct processing of Social Security and other documents for Social Security processing.
- Conduct processing of employee benefit and other documents for processing.
- Ensure adequate arrangements are made for staff terminations and maintain termination details, arrange exit interviews, certificates of service and archive terminated employee files regularly.
- Maintain an up to date internal position vacancy listing and Accor Open Position Listing.
- Receive, register and sort incoming applications for employment and action accordingly. Screen applications to ensure they meet 4 star standards.
- Ensure compliance with legislated heath and safety requirements within the workplace
