? You are an experienced at a supervisory level in international hotels with 3 years+ experience in a similar role.
? We are looking for someone with strong leadership and management skills with a hands on solution-focused approach.
? Leading by example, you are willing to roll up your sleeves and extend work shifts if needed, working alongside with the team.
? You are physically fit and have a strong eye for details & love to work with flower, plants and nature.
? While working mostly outdoors you are not afraid of the weather or any wild life you may encounter while performing your duties.
? You have an eye for quality, a critical thinker and quick in problem solving to offer the best services for casual-luxury travelers.
? You are an effective communicator, good interpersonal skills, able to interact with customers, team and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, brand and the company.
? You have the mindset to develop and the support team, creating an environment where your team can to be the best of themselves and stepping up in their roles.
? You will need to be able to delegate well.
? You are self-motivated, proactive and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
? Most importantly, you have ?empathy?, genuinely keen in reaching out to guests and the team.
? You are computer literate, keen to learn new technology and able to adapt quickly into various digital systems.

? Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
? You are able to work on a 5-shift basis, including evenings, nights, weekends, public holidays and split shifts.
? You are able to relocate to Khao Yai, enjoy the outdoors and garden!

WHAT?S YOUR ROLE?
? You will be fully responsible for the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOPs) for the Housekeeping &
Laundry department the property and ensure that these SOPs are being implemented effectively.
? You will be in charge to make sure all SOPs are designed in accordance with International safety standards, local regulations, Marasca Policies.
? You will implement, monitor the housekeeping & laundry departments policies and Procedures and lead the team to train in this regard, ensuring the highest standard
of safety & cleanliness for the property, staff and guests.
? You ensure a proper par level of clean linen as well as sufficient chemicals and other supplies are always on hand, which will enable us to keep a high level of cleanliness at all times.
? You will be in-charge of implementing and maintaining a proper reporting system with the engineering team to rectify any defects in guest facing or back of house areas in a timely manner and fashion.
? Proactively perform daily tasks, including daily shift briefings to ensure activities and operational requirements are communicated to the team, daily property walk through and spot checks to ensure all guest facing as well as back of house areas are impeccable clan & spotless presentable reflecting the vision of Marasca.
? You will be in charge of manpower management of your team and responsible for reviewing employee behavior, appearance and performance.

? You will participate to solve any challenges which might occur in your area and keep an open line of communication with the management to provide / receive assistance.
? Participates in the preparation of annual budget and review proposed capital expenditures.
? Work collaboratively with all departments to make sure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one another, to reach our common goal to create ?cherry-on-top? experiences through unique accommodations, services and activities.
? As the most trusted guest facing department you will keep an open line of communication and inform the management of any suspicious or suspected illegal behavior ongoing in guest areas as well as guest accommodation areas.
? And everything else in-between! You will be required to perform any reasonable requests and other duties assigned by the management.
