- Expected to lead, together with the Assistant Production Chef, the kitchen team in a professional and fairly manner.
- Expected to propose various menus, both Thai and Western, with rotation and interesting aspect.
- Expected to control the food cost, according to budget.
-Must master the knowledge for food handling and food identification, following the HACCP principle.
- Must master the topic of hygiene and safety, following the principle of HACCP.
- Must master the utilization and cleaning process of kitchen equipment, following the principle of HACCP.
- Must be comfortable using a computer and purchasing software.
- Expected to teach is staff in a methodic and comprehensive manner to give them an opportunity to grow and become more efficient.
The role of the Production Chef is to overseen all area in the Economat cuisine and canteen kitchen, in all aspects.
Including staff management, food ordering, receiving, and storage, menus, preparation, and distribution.
The position including implementation of HACCP principle, to guaranty a safe distribution, of the meal to the staff and students
