Marasca Khao Yai - M Service Officer (F&B)

- We are looking for someone with strong leadership and management skills with a
hands on solution-focused approach.
- Leading by example, you are willing to roll up your sleeves and extend work shifts if
needed, working alongside with the team.
- You are physically fit and have a strong eye for details & love to work with flower,
plants and nature.
- While working mostly outdoors you are not afraid of the weather or any wild life you
may encounter while performing your duties.
- You have an eye for quality, a critical thinker and quick in problem solving to offer the
best services for casual-luxury travelers.
- You are an effective communicator, good interpersonal skills, able to interact with
customers, team and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, brand and the
company.
- You have the mindset to develop and the support team, creating an environment
where your team can to be the best of themselves and stepping up in their roles.
- You will need to be able to delegate well.
- You are self-motivated, proactive and able to adapt quickly to changing business
needs.
- Most importantly, you have - empathy- , genuinely keen in reaching out to guests and
the team.
- You are computer literate, keen to learn new technology and able to adapt quickly
into various digital systems.

- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
- You are able to work on a 5-shift basis, including evenings, nights, weekends, public
holidays and split shifts.
- You are able to relocate to Khao Yai, enjoy the outdoors and garden!

- You will be reporting to our Operations Manager regularly
- Attend daily shift briefings & meetings as scheduled
- You will provide the Special Marasca Service & Feeling to all of our guests
- You will follow all SOPs are designed in accordance with International safety
standards, local regulations, Marasca Policies.
- You will present yourself to our guests in a polite & approachable manner
- You will ensure that our guests are well taken care of
- You initiate action by yourself to develop your knowledge about Marasca, Khao Yai &
Activities the guests can participate in as well tourist attractions in the area the guests
can visit
- You initiate actions by yourself to keep your menu knowledge up to date as well
communicate with the kitchen about daily specials, guest requests, preferences,
allergies,..
- You continuedly show interest in self education to widen your knowledge about F&B
Trends, Food, Drinks,- -
- You are open to multi task and help in other area- s (i.e but not limited to
housekeeping / Marasca Service Agent Rooms,)
- You will report any challenges you may face in achieving 100% guest satisfaction to
the operations manager / Head Chef without delay

- Assist the management to ensure all guest facing as well as back of house areas are
impeccable clan & spotless presentable reflecting the vision of Marasca.
- To never say - No- to a guest, but help to find an alternative
- You will participate to solve any challenges which might occur in your area and keep
an open line of communication with the management to provide / receive assistance.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to make sure operations are running
smoothly in tandem with one another, to reach our common goal to create - cherry-
on-top- experiences through unique accommodations, services and activities.
- You will keep an open line of communication and inform the management of any
suspicious or suspected illegal behavior ongoing in guest areas as well as guest
accommodation areas.

requests and other duties assigned by the management.
