- University graduate preferable in Hotel Management or Finance
- Good English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Analytical tools for Excel advanced user (most of the formulas, pivot tables) and Revenue Management System (Ez-RMS Preferred)
- Technologies and distribution tools like PMS, CRS and distribution channels - knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Outlook? Excel
-Support Accor Erawan Properties in implementation of Revenue Strategies.
- Assist Revenue Managers in their day to day tasks.
- Ensure that Data entered in different systems is accurate.
- Analyze performance of a group of hotel.
- Support loading tasks in Central Reservation System.
- Follow complete training path in Revenue Management by looking after selected properties under supervision of Revenue Managers.
