Reservation Manager

1.At least Bachelor degree in any field
2.At least 3 year experience in sales manager, reservation manager, negotiation techniques
3.Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill
4.Proficiency in English communication
5.Strong in driving results

To ensure the efficient and flawless day to day operation of the reservation office. Support hotel and departmental directions and work to achieve incremental sales. Implement processes and procedures to enhance both tools for increasing revenues and quality of the reservation process. Manage the reservation sales team to meet department goals relating to company operating profits, guest satisfaction, up-selling targets as directed by the director of marketing.
