RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
- Develops and implements recruitment and screening system.
- Assists in establishing standard policies and procedures for recruitment.
- Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, hotel rules and regulations. Consults with department heads on appropriate action and recommend final results.
- Ensures the staff compliance with hotel policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice.
- Oversee staff hotel personnel and ensure the effective staff management.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains and updates staff records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
- Prepares and submits periodic personnel reports such as turnover, personnel inventories, recruitment, staff accident.
- Follows up closely the end of probation period date and end of contract date.
- Assist in establishing personnel department budget.
- Monitors the staff performance appraisal
