1. Assists Guest Service Manager to ensure a smooth operation
2. Ensure him/herself is well informed and familiar with a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local attraction areas to handle guest inquiries effectiveness with high standard of service
3. Ensures our customers receive a fast, efficient check-in and check-out, and ensures all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner
4. Establishes two-way communication within and related departments.
5. Provides assistance to the staff when required during peak periods.
