1.A Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or higher in any field.
2.Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role required at least 7-10 years .
3.Good knowledge of Employment and Labor law.
4.Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
5.Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
6.Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8.Highly organized, proactive, dynamic, energetic, and highly self-disciplined.

11.Strong command of English, both spoken and written (TOEIC score of of 700 or above is preferred).
Purpose of the role:
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and personally delivering an excellent
operational HR service to the Clubs, both of RBSC and Polo Club . To be in charge of developing, implementing, and updating the Club?s HR policies and procedures, as well as having responsibility for the delivery and oversight of payroll , handling day-to-day tasks that include planning and coordinating recruitment activities, tracking the performance of our HR team, managing employee relation, and managing our HRIS system as well as other operational tasks and projects. Overall, the ultimate goal will be to ensure the Club?s HR initiatives run smoothly, contribute to a healthy work environment, and remain cost-effective for the Club.
Responsibilities;
- Define operational targets and goals for the HR department that are in line with the company?s overall business strategy.
- Create new and update existing HR policies and procedures and oversee their implementation. while ensuring the integrity of internal HR data and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Propose changes to the compensation and benefits policies according to current market trends and the company?s needs.
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations and measure performance against defined KPIs.
- Create and manage the budget of the HR department by monitoring expenditures.
- Manage the talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including the onboarding process.
- Evaluate the efficiency of our current HRIS software, applicant tracking system, and learning management tools and propose upgrades or alternatives as needed.
- Compile and present HR operational reports according to the set schedule
- Act as a mediator and resolve employee disputes (especially for severe disputes).
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
- Address employees? queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics.
- Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same.
