The Assistant Food & Beverage supervises and oversees the management of selecting Restaurants & Bar. He / She needs to be able to cater to the company needs and foresee staffing, restaurant Lay Out, Table Set Up, bar Set up, training and schedules accordingly. He must knows all menus and Staff manuals, He must lead the team and be a great team player. The role of public relations must also be practiced on a constant base by receiving and greeting all customers. Guest satisfaction must be assured by visiting all tables and establishing a warm guest relationship. He / She reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Male / Female
Thai National OR Foreigner
1- 2 years proven experience in a similar role or Senior Outlet Manager
Asian experience is a plus
Knowledge of international and Local Cuisines
Knowledge of wines, and latest Mixology trends.
Knowledge in relative Software Program
Strong Guest relationship skills
Open Minded and flexible with CAN DO attitude
Strong Communication & service abandon
Strong Communication, service and leadership skills
Effective Decision and problem Solving
