Key Requirements:
? Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
? Young and dynamic background in boutique-style establishments
? Supervisory or prior assistant management experience is required
? Familiar with inventory cost control and menu planning.
? Working knowledge of Point of Sale and timekeeping systems.
? Knowledge of food and beverage operation and preparation is required
? Cash handling abilities; basic math skills including significant number manipulation.
? Ability to work a variable work schedule (including evenings and weekends, as required), depending upon event and business requirements.
? Basic computer proficiency: E-mail, Excel, Word, Outlook, Schedule+.
? Good verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English Language.

Report to: F&B Manager & F&B Sales Manager
Responsible for: Waiter/Waitress/Casual Staff/Trainees
Scope of Work: To administratively assist Banquet Department in maintaining
a well-organized banquet operation as it effects the department. Hands on during the events handling the guests requests and overlooking the operations. Establishes and monitors compliance to sequence and standards of service for banquet service to coincide with service concept and market demands. Their primary role is to ensure that events run smoothly and that guests are provided with exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:
Operational:
? Manages Banquet and Audio Visual departments as independent profit center.
? Controls all expenses to maximize profits.
? Establishes and monitors compliance to sequence and standards of service for
banquet service to coincide with service concept and market demands.
? Meets with guests in function rooms ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
? Ensures proper operating supplies are maintained
? Assists Event/Sales Manager in identifying market needs and trends
? Liaise closely with Sales and Marketing/Catering team on guest requirements and
event orders
? Ensures tidiness of Banquet storage and audio visual, including the storage of props,
and equipment.
? Promptly reacts to changes for guest requests, business, hotel, and company
demands.
? Monitors standard of service and food and beverage in the function areas. Works
with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to take corrective action where necessary
? Verifies that only fresh products are used in the Food and Beverage preparation
General:
? Understands and strictly adheres to rules and regulations established in Employee
Handbook and company policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
? Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting
complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a
prompt follow up.
? Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
? Attends and contributes to all meetings and trainings as required.
? Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
? Maintains positive colleague interactions with good working relationships.
