- To run and take full responsibilities of all the F&B outlets and organize and set all requests for the banqueting of the hotel when necessary
- To manage everything from the administrative tasks and reports in the F&B office
- Maintaining F&B records & forms as prescribed by the hotel policies & procedures
- Planning ahead duties, events, projects to ensure that all deadlines be met (being pro-active and not reactive)
- To monitor all costs and recommend measures to control
- To carry on special projects assigned by the management
