- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Thai Nationality is preferable with minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Outstanding communication skills in order to interact with the staff and handle their problems.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
- Planning, organizing and controlling the activities of Human Resources including other concerned administration.
- Ensure compliance by Team Members, other departments and sections with policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Administer process and paperwork for salary changes.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Work with the Training Manager to identify training needs for each Department and team member coaching needs.
- Represent the Hotel in professional organizations concerning Human Resources, industrial relations, learning and development.
