We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Offline Sales Manager to oversee sales activities in the offline channels, including corporate, travel agencies (inbound), government, and FIT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts for hotel group
? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the offline channels
? Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies (inbound), government, and FIT
? Conduct market research and analyze data to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
? Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and travel agencies (inbound)
? Coordinate with revenue team and hotel partner to ensure that client needs are met and activities run smoothly
? Focused on offline channels, set targets, and monitor performance
? Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback
