- Flexible working hours
- Manage customer issues.
- Support sales and marketing team.
- Review reservation booked daily.
- Monitor all booking in PMS 7 days in advance to avoid mistake.
- Responds to communications from guests and travel agents.
- Processes new booking, cancellations and modifications and promptly information to front desk.
- Handle customer payment, create invoices and follow up payment.
- Monitor daily reservation activities and coordinate with other department.
- 6 days off per month
