- Strong administrative skill, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detailed knowkedge of working practices of Restaurant.
- Computer literate.
- Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat appearance.
- Able to cope with pressure.
- Good English language skills.
- Overall management of all Restaurant outlets,Sales revenue,preparing Restaurant Budget Forecast for all outlets and staffing. Lead, plan,control,implement,direct and execute all task/assignments to ensure smooth operation of the various outlets.To ensure friendly and efficient delivery of guest service to meet guest expectation.
