- Bachelor?s degree or higher in hospitality or any field.
- Currently holding position as Resident Manager/Room Division in hospitality business.
- Love to service customers and develop people.
- Positive thinking
- Computer literacy: Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point), Opera etc.
- Good English communication: both verbal and written.
- Able to always respond to business policy and requirements.
- Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with top management in developing a
strategic direction and driving excellence.

- To responsible for the overall management and leadership of the property, ensuring that our guests experience the highest level of hospitality and service.
- Overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, financial performance, staff development, and strategic planning. This is a key leadership role requiring both strong business acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
