- Proven experience as an Operation Manager, Resort Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Understanding of boutique hotel operations, F&B quality and service, and customer service standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication in Thai and English (written and spoken).
- Guest-oriented and hands-on problem solver.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and hospitality across the property.
- Recruit, train, and manage resort staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and report on performance and KPIs.
- Work closely with the owner to develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts, both online and offline.
