-Minimum 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production role
-Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, proofing, and oven control
-Experience working in a production environment is preferred
-Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
-Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and train junior staff
-Strong attention to detail and time management skills
-Flexibility to work early mornings or weekends, depending on production needs
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Flexible shifts based on production schedule)
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
-Manage daily bakery production, ensuring adherence to product standards and timelines
-Maintain and adjust recipes as needed to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality
-Supervise and train bakery staff on techniques, safety, and hygiene procedures
-Monitor stock levels of ingredients and coordinate with purchasing for replenishment
-Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure all products meet food safety standards
-Collaborate with R&D or management to develop new bakery products and seasonal offerings
-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area in compliance with food safety regulations
-Identify and minimize production waste while improving workflow efficiency
