- Bachelor or Master in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies.
- 5 - 7 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management experience
- Hospitality industry background/awareness
Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, OTA Extranets.
- Willing to travel to Pattaya on a pre-determined schedule and ad hoc based on business needs and meetings.
The Assistant Director of Revenue is responsible for supporting the strategic direction and execution of revenue management initiatives across the hotel portfolio. This role ensures optimal pricing, forecasting, and distribution strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Key responsibilities include monitoring market trends, analyzing performance, managing channel and inventory strategies, and ensuring system efficiency. The Assistant Director of Revenue collaborates closely with Sales, Operations, and Reservations teams, while providing guidance and coaching to strengthen a revenue-focused culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Forecasting ? Develop and implement multi-brand revenue management strategies, pricing models, and demand forecasts to maximize turnover and profitability.
Market & Performance Analysis ? Conduct competitive benchmarking, market trend analysis, and property performance reviews to provide insights and recommend strategic adjustments.
Distribution & Channel Management ? Oversee all 3rd party distribution channels, website booking process, contracted rates, and evaluate partner performance while optimizing cost of distribution.
Yield & Inventory Management ? Manage daily pick-up analysis, group business pricing, inventory availability, length of stay controls, and overall yield operations.
System & Process Oversight ? Ensure all systems are correctly configured and utilized, maintain data quality, audit reservation standards, and support budgeting processes.
Collaboration & Leadership ? Work closely with sales, operations, and reservations teams, coach hotel leaders to strengthen revenue culture, and provide guidance across operational areas.
