- Vocational Certificate (Por Wor Sor) or Bachelor?s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided).
- Pleasant personality with a positive service-minded attitude.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Basic to good command of English communication.
- Previous experience in Front Office or hospitality is an advantage.
- Able to work in shifts.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival and during their stay.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and nearby attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel system.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Service charge (minimum THB 5,000)
- Work 5 days a week
