Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5?7 years of sales experience in the hotel or service industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or equivalent position.
Experience managing sales performance or client portfolios across multiple properties (Multi-property / Cluster) is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth for the hotel cluster.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in PMS, CRM, Microsoft Office, and online hotel booking systems.
Well-groomed, energetic, proactive, and possesses strong leadership qualities.
Job Summary ? Role Overview
The Cluster Sales Manager or Cluster Senior Sales Manager ? Corporate is responsible for driving the development, acquisition, and retention of Corporate accounts across all properties within Nu Chapter Hotels (The Regent Cha Am Beach Resort, Regent Chalet Hua Hin and VALA Hua Hin). This role plays a key part in achieving the cluster?s Corporate sales revenue goals by executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and leading proactive sales initiatives across multiple properties. The position is suited for a results-driven, experienced sales professional capable of leading business growth within a multi-property environment while collaborating closely with the Cluster Director of Sales and property-based sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Strategy
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed Corporate segment revenue and room night targets across all cluster properties.
Identify new business opportunities and potential Corporate accounts through proactive prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
Contribute to the cluster?s overall sales strategy by providing market insights, competitor updates, and performance feedback.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key Corporate clients and travel management companies.
Conduct regular sales visits, client meetings, and account reviews to strengthen partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle negotiations, rate agreements, and contracting for assigned key accounts.
Sales Operations
Plan and execute sales activities, including sales calls, telemarketing, email campaigns, trade events, and roadshows.
Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and property visits across all cluster hotels.
Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to create tailored proposals, promotions, and packages for Corporate clients.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with property-based sales teams to ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and client service across the cluster.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Sales Executives or Coordinators when required.
Support the Cluster Director of Sales in driving teamwork and ensuring alignment of goals among cluster properties.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate and updated client data and activity logs in the CRM system.
Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and account performance summaries.
Manage administrative duties related to contracting, correspondence, and follow-up actions.
Representation & Networking
Represent the cluster at relevant trade shows, corporate events, and client functions to enhance brand visibility.
Actively participate in internal sales meetings and ongoing training programs
